Welcome to Raydiom Furniture (raydiomfurniture.in). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, product inquiries, custom manufacturing services, orders, and deliveries.

By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or accessing our services at our registered location—127, near Bank of Baroda, Bihari Nagar, Navyug Market, Naya Ganj, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001—you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

General Business Operations

30+ Years of Manufacturing: Raydiom Furniture is a direct manufacturer specializing in office furniture, educational/institutional setups, cafe/restaurant furniture, outdoor units, and custom commercial furniture. 

Service Radius: Our primary operations, site visits, and direct logistics cover Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, and the surrounding Delhi NCR region.

Acceptance of Terms: Any quote approved by a client via written email, WhatsApp confirmation, or purchase order (PO) signifies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Quotations, Pricing & Customization

Validity of Quotations: Official quotations provided by Raydiom Furniture are valid for 15 to 30 days from the date of issue due to market fluctuations in raw materials (steel, timber, laminates, and foam). 

Custom-Built Orders: Since custom furniture is manufactured to client-approved dimensions, materials, and colors, variations within standard industrial tolerances (±5mm to 10mm) may occur. 

Pricing & Taxes: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices quoted are exclusive of GST, delivery, installation, and unloading charges, which will be itemized separately on official tax invoices. 

Payment Terms & Order Processing 

To initiate production and schedule delivery, clients must adhere to our standard commercial payment terms: 

• Advance Deposit: A non-refundable advance payment (typically 50% of the total order value) is required to begin raw material procurement and factory production.
   
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared prior to dispatch from our Ghaziabad manufacturing unit or upon delivery (as mutually agreed in writing prior to production). 
  
  
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Cheque (subject to realization), or cash at our Navyug Market office. 

Production Timelines & Delivery 

Lead Times: Manufacturing lead times generally range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the order size, customization levels, and current factory schedules.

Delivery & Freight Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from Navyug Market, Ghaziabad, and total cargo volume. Freight cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly quoted as "Free Delivery."

Site Readiness: The client must ensure that the installation site is clear, accessible, and ready for offloading and assembly on the agreed delivery date. Delays caused by site unreadiness may incur storage or re-delivery fees.

Inspection, Returns & Cancellations 

Custom Product Non-Refundability: Because custom office workstations, institutional desks, and branded furniture are built to specification, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced.

Delivery Inspection: Clients or their authorized site managers must inspect all items upon arrival. Any transit damage or manufacturing defects must be marked on the delivery challan and reported to Raydiom Furniture within 24 hours.

Defect Rectification: Raydiom Furniture will repair or replace any verified manufacturing defect reported within the designated inspection window at no extra cost.

Warranty & Limitations of Liability 

Manufacturing Warranty: We offer a structural warranty (typically 1 to 3 years, depending on the product line) covering welding, frame integrity, and structural hardware defects under normal workplace usage. 

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric/upholstery staining, damage caused by improper usage, water exposure (unless specified outdoor-grade), or third-party modifications.

Limitation: Raydiom Furniture’s total financial liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific item in question.

Intellectual Property & Design Rights 

All web content, catalog photos, technical drawings, site text, logos, and custom furniture designs published on raydiomfurniture.in remain the exclusive property of Raydiom Furniture. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or commercial misuse of this material is strictly prohibited. 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or related to our products or services shall be subject exclusively to the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
