At Raydiom Furniture, we are committed to manufacturing top-quality office workstations, executive chairs, school setups, and commercial furniture. Operating out of Navyug Market, Ghaziabad for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on precision, durability, and customer satisfaction.

Because a significant portion of our products consists of custom-manufactured and made-to-order furniture, we have established a clear, transparent Return and Refund Policy to govern purchases, cancellations, and product exchanges across Delhi NCR.

Made-to-Order & Custom Furniture Policy

Most products supplied by Raydiom Furniture, including modular office workstations, customized reception desks, institutional seating, and cafe setups, are built specifically according to client-approved dimensions, material choices, and color themes.

  •  Non-Returnable Nature: Custom and made-to-order furniture cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced or delivery has been completed, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.

  •  Order Modifications: If you need to make design or dimension adjustments to a custom order, you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of placing your advance deposit and before factory cutting/assembly starts.

 

Damaged Products & Manufacturing Defects

 

We take extreme care during packing and dispatch from our Ghaziabad manufacturing unit. However, if an item arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing flaw, we will make it right.

Reporting Process

 

  •  Inspect Upon Delivery: Inspect all items alongside our delivery personnel before signing the delivery challan.

  •  Note Defects on Delivery Challan: If any physical damage or defective part is observed, note it directly on the delivery receipt.

  •  Notify Us Within 24 Hours: Take photos or videos of the issue and share them with our team via WhatsApp at +91 099118 81451 or email info@raydiomfurniture.com within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Resolution Options

For verified transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within the window, Raydiom Furniture will provide one of the following solutions at no extra cost:

  •  Component Replacement: Free replacement of the damaged parts (e.g., table tops, chair armrests, lock mechanisms, mesh backings).

  • On-Site Repair: Dispatching our technician to perform on-site structural repair or adjustments.

  •  Full Product Replacement: Replacing the entire unit if the structural integrity is compromised beyond repair.

 

Cancellations & Refund Guidelines

 

1. Pre-Production Cancellations

  •  Orders for standard catalog items can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.

  •  For custom orders, if cancellation is requested before raw material procurement or factory production begins, a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% administrative processing fee.

 

2. Post-Production / In-Transit Cancellations

  •  Once raw materials are processed or production has begun, advance deposits become non-refundable.

  •  Cancellations requested while items are in transit will incur two-way freight and handling charges.

 

3. Refund Processing Timelines

When a refund is approved by management:

  •  Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI / Cheque).

  •  Approved refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

 

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  •  Damage resulting from improper misuse, unauthorized assembly attempt by third-party carpenters, or normal long-term wear and tear.

  •  Minor color or texture variations inherent in wood laminates, fabric dyes, or powder-coated metals compared to digital catalog screens.

  •  Change of mind or space incompatibility where correct dimensions were approved by the client prior to production.
